DON'T BE A ROBOT

Use your mind, don't repeat things without being sure of the phrasing you want and how to produce it with your technique.

- -

CHANGE YOUR PERSPECTIVE

Be your own teacher and video record your practice, see what you could improve.
The time you will spend watching your video is part of your practice time.

THERE IS ALWAYS A SOLUTION

When you notice a problem in a particular spot:
Stop, think about the problem, and then observe what you are doing very slow.
It is often a problem of posture / bow distribution.

- -

TRY TO ANTICIPATE

...by improving your ability to FOCUS

Not having your mind focused during your performance might lead to make "stupid" mistakes.

- -

FAILING / FALLING IS PART OF SUCCESS

Failing and falling are part of life, learn from each fall.
Think of what you need to improve and make a list. From there, start working on the list step by step.

THE STRONGEST IS NOT ALWAYS THE ONE YOU THINK

What some people/you see as a weakness can be your strength.

- -

SYNCHRONIZE

Remember that a great performance is the result of good synchronization:

an alliance of the body and the mind.

- -

DON'T BE SELFISH.. SHARE

Share what you learn with others, create a circle of learning. We can all learn from each other.
(and don't forget to share the posts of the cello practice helper ;) )
