When you notice a problem in a particular spot: 
Stop, think about the problem, and then observe what you are doing very slow. 
 It is often a problem of posture / bow distribution.

Not having your mind focused during your performance might lead to make "stupid" mistakes.

FAILING / FALLING IS PART OF SUCCESS




Failing and falling are part of life, learn from each fall. 
Think of what you need to improve and make a list. From there, start working on the list step by step.
